Yes, you can request adjustments. We offer up to 2 revisions with unlimited adjustments.

How long will my videos be available for download?
Your videos will be available for download on our platform for one week after final approval. After that, they will be deleted.

Do I need to upload all videos at once?
No, you can upload as many videos as you want per day or distribute them throughout the month, up to the limit of the plan you chose. Please note that every time you upload one or more videos, we have 3 workdays to return them to you.

If I don't send all my videos within the monthly period, can I send more than my plan allows in the following month?
No, you cannot accumulate more videos in the following month after your subscription period ends.

What is the timeframe for reviewing the videos and posting comments?
You have 48 hours to review the videos and place your comments on the platform. We'll then provide you with the adjusted video within 24 hours. Remember, we offer 2 revisions with unlimited adjustments.

Do I need to choose a platform for my videos beforehand?
No, once we provide you with the final videos, you can post them on any platform or all of them!
